Regarding an Omission

It cooled off a bit on Friday, so when I went out Saturday, I felt energized enough to tackle the eye sweater again. Alas, I left behind one of the skeins I'd need to continue the sleeve. So, I made do with the skeins I had brought.

I continued with the other sleeve. I sewed up the side seams. And I realized that the neckline needed something, so I did a round of double crochet around it.

It's not a lot of progress, but it's progress.

Did you make any progress on a project you didn't think you'd get to last week?

  1. Does a "project" include cleaning? I got my dog figurines and their shelves dusted! Not a creative project, but it felt good to get it done.

    1. I was deliberately vague with regards to project. So, congrats on getting some cleaning done.

    1. And I think the eye thing is creepy. I wouldn't be making this if it wasn't a request.

  5. Glad you made some progress. I'm trying to get into a better writing routine and edited a chapter last week. I'm also nearly done with a big weeding project by my driveway.

  7. That is coming out really good. I crocheted a baby blanket for my grandson 11 years ago and I didn't know how to crochet. I think I made my own stitch. LOL That was the only thing I made.

  8. Today, I made a little progress, during a car trip, on a project that was supposed to be done for an event that took place towards the end of July. Maybe by next July....

  11. I worked on some of the women postcards I am creating. I always choose this type of activity versus housekeeping…..
