Sunning Turtles

The turtles like to gather along this bank when the sun is out. This day they were joined by a Canadian goose. They'll sit there for hours with their heads pointed up towards the sun.

    1. A few dove in the water when they saw me coming. And there are a couple other places they gather. We have a lot of turtles in the complex.

  7. It's always fun to see them lined up on a log in a polite line. But sometimes they are stacked too!

    1. Yeah, they're not stingy with their space. The turtles share nicely.
