Four Rows

Last week I made slow progress on the afghan. About four rows a night.

Since adding the stitch markers, I haven't had any issues. So, today's blog post is just pictures (mostly).

This week is supposed to be cool (cold for us). This is the perfect time to be under a blanket (while knitting it).

I'll take the lack of things to blog about for a smooth project. I hope you all stay dry this week. (They're forecasting lots and lots of rain for us this week. Send us dry thoughts.)

  1. That looks like it's made with such a cozy yarn! I'll think dry thoughts! My brother lives in N. CA and I just heard from him regarding all the rain and storms. He says it's like he hasn't seen since the 1960s back east.

    1. Yeah, it's not too terrible at the moment, but any rainy day at school can be miserable. We'll see how it goes.

    1. It is. I'm listening to the rain from the classroom right now. It's drizzle at the moment, so that's good.

    1. It hasn't been too bad where I'm at, but the water is getting really high. There are some areas that I'm sure aren't faring as well.

  6. One of my FB friends lives in San Jose, and what she is reporting on her page is scary. I hope you are dry (and with power) and able to keep on knitting. I like the color and the pattern.

    1. We haven't lost power so far today *knocks on every wood surface*. There were streets and businesses that were underwater for the storm last week, so hopefully they're faring better this time out.

    1. Luckily my area isn't gathering water (for the moment). It's a storm we're not used to.

  9. Glad you're making progress. It's a good project for the cold weather. It's getting warmer here. We may make it up to the high 40's.
