A Finished Möbius Cowl

It's finished.

Although, I think Buttercup wears it better.

I was going to do an edging, but I ran out of yarn. It's wide enough, I think.

It went much faster than I expected, which is probably a good thing.

Now, what to do with it?

I made it because I had the yarn on hand and I wanted to make something. But I'll never wear it (I don't really do pink), and there's no one in my gifting group that wants it. I might just have to sell it.

But I do think I will make that video tutorial on how to make it. Of course, now that I've stated that, it'll be at least six months before I get around to it (and that's being generous).

And now I get to figure out what I'm going to knit/crochet next.

The story of this scarf/cowl:

  1. It came out really nice! There's got to be someone somewhere who'd appreciate it.

  2. I'm not really a pink person either. Which can be so frustrating, because so often clothing manufacturers think that all women wear pink.

  3. I don't wear much decorative anymore, but I am in the minority. You may well find an eager buyer for a holiday gift if you list this for sale.

    1. It's not just decorative. I mean, I don't think it'll hold up to a winter blast, but it would keep your neck warm on a cooler night.

  4. What is your asking price? I've been trying to get more color in my wardrobe. :D And I adore the fingerless gloves you sold me a few years ago. You can reach me at Darlamsands at gmail dot com. I live in Ohio to give you a shipping cost reference. Be well!

  7. It will sell in the colder areas if you don’t want a scarf yet but too cold not to have some coverage. I can see it sell for sure.

I appreciate your comments.

I respond to comments* via email, unless your profile email is not enabled. Then, I'll reply in the comment thread. Eventually. Probably.

*Exception: I do not respond to "what if?" comments, but I do read them all. Those questions are open to your interpretation, and I don't wish to limit your imagination by what I thought the question was supposed to be.
