You know how hauntings are rarely an interaction between people and ghosts? How they're more like a recording on repeat? So, that got me thinking...

That's actually where the idea came from. Most hauntings are repetitive, where someone is doing one thing over and over. Kind of like a dream someone might have every night. Add those two thoughts together...
