I don't have an interesting story as to how I came up with this week's question. It just kind of popped into my head when I wasn't thinking about much of anything. So...
What if we were to come across a parallel universe (or world or people) whose time was running opposite to ours?

I appreciate your comments.
I respond to comments* via email, unless your profile email is not enabled. Then, I'll reply in the comment thread. Eventually. Probably.
*Exception: I do not respond to "what if?" comments, but I do read them all. Those questions are open to your interpretation, and I don't wish to limit your imagination by what I thought the question was supposed to be.

So, everything would happen backwards? That's a really cool idea. Knowledge would slip away as people pass the point where it was devised. Cures for diseases would be lost forever, but the ailments would lessen and the people would soon be well. Saying goodbye would be the beginning of new relationships, while the first hello is the last time they meet. Would they realize it's the last time? I wonder.
ReplyDeleteGood one, Liz.
Interesting concept/ Dan Simmons played with this idea a bit in his book Hyperion.
