Ahhh

What if all your dreams came true? What would that feel like?

(Apologies for getting all Secret on you today. I've been working on the law of attraction, and this has been on my mind.)

  1. I don't know, but I'd sure like to try it out.

  2. I'm pretty sure if all of anyone's dreams came true they'd have new dreams in place just as quickly.

  3. I have thought about that a lot.

Right now, to be brief in my answer, I'll say this:

First, I assume you mean ALL THE DREAMS I HAVE AS OF THIS INSTANT come true, and I go on living, so I would probably then have OTHER dreams that I would be working on. I mean, if I have suddenly become the Superbowl-winning quarterback of the Buffalo Bills who has a number one novel on the NYT Bestseller list and I'm a rockstar who at the same time uses his space dragon to fight evil, well, that'd be cool but there would then be other challenges.

I have to assume that because a life without dreams, where you have everything already and nothing to hope for, would rapidly get boring, I think.

But more concretely, it would be incredible because even without the space dragon, I would have some amazing things like I would know what Mr F and Mr Bunches are truly thinking.

    1. You can take the question any way you want to. That's the whole point of my "what if?" Thursdays.

  4. By the way: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And I hope you tell us what dreams of yours came through.

I appreciate your comments.

I respond to comments* via email, unless your profile email is not enabled. Then, I'll reply in the comment thread. Eventually. Probably.

*Exception: I do not respond to "what if?" comments, but I do read them all. Those questions are open to your interpretation, and I don't wish to limit your imagination by what I thought the question was supposed to be.
