Updating Listings

Last week I decided to update a bunch of photos for my shop. (In an effort to get more views, I'm following some advice I saw online and listing different colors of items separately. It'll take a while to get it all done.)

I pulled out a few things...

...and by the time I was finished, I had 279 photos.

Doing the listings takes a bit of time as well. So far, I've listed the orange and pink flip flop keychain...

Flip Flop Keychain Sandal Zipper Charm in Orange and Pink

...a neon yellow lip balm holder...

Keyfob Lip Balm Cozy in Neon Yellow

...and a gray lip balm holder.

 Lip Balm Holder in Gray

(If you click on the pictures, it'll take you to those listings on Etsy.)

What I'm working on this week is more jellyfish. Yeah, there'll be pictures when there's something to show.

    1. I'm kind of expecting it to take a while, which is why I'm not planning on doing it all in a day. Slow and steady...

  5. Wow! You're so industrious. Grouping by color makes sense. I imagine folks looking for gift giving opportunities would really appreciate this. Be well!

    1. I've had one listing for all the colors before. There are pros and cons of both methods. Ah well, we'll see if this helps.

    1. I've never taken that many at one time. I can get up to 100, but that's rare.

  10. Ooh, I like the lip balm holder. Haven't seen one like that before. The $20 shipping fee to Oz means I'll have to just admire the pics though =)

  11. I bet, once they are all up on Etsy, you will sell well. Love the lip balms and the flip flops are cute. Last week, when I was helping my friend move, she had an IKEA catalogue which I perused through. When I came to the bathroom area, I saw something that looked knitted hangingby the mirror holding a hairbrush, curling iron etc... and thought about you. I thought it was a good idea and just thought I would mention it

  13. Pictures for Etsy are a pain. Especially with knitting and paintings. The camera just can't catch the colors.

    1. Purples... I can get most of the other colors okay, but purples... And I've learned how to take very close up shots. That's what sells it.

I appreciate your comments.

I respond to comments* via email, unless your profile email is not enabled. Then, I'll reply in the comment thread. Eventually. Probably.

*Exception: I do not respond to "what if?" comments, but I do read them all. Those questions are open to your interpretation, and I don't wish to limit your imagination by what I thought the question was supposed to be.
