TV Timeline Minefield Quiz

Last week was kinda...boring... Well, not boring exactly. Just, not really fertile fields for blog posts.

I had three days where the the majority of the day was spent in silence. And no, I wasn't alone. I was in class. The classes worked silently.

I even covered a period where I blundered through a PowerPoint...and the kiddos took notes and didn't give me a lick of trouble.

So, it was a good week, subbing wise. But the blog... What am I possibly going to write about?

Time for a Random Quiz Friday.

Hopefully it embedded. (If not, you can access the quiz here.) It's a quick one. Only 14 TV shows. You just need to put them in chronological order (the dates when the shows take place, not when they were made.)

I made one error early on (the 6th show), but I immediately knew which was wrong, so I retook and got 100%. Try it and see how you do...

Have a great weekend.

  1. That took me a couple tries. Fun quiz. Hey, at least it was a calm week of subbing.

  2. LOL....I did not take it yet. Maybe in a bit. But do you think that the kids moods vary due to the weather outside? What was different that day that had the kids behaving so well?

    1. Weather does have an impact, but usually when it gets warmer, they get wilder. It's been getting warmer, so that wasn't it.

  3. Whoops. I should have started with the Flintstones, duh. Those are fun. We've been having a crazy week. Too much to blog about. I'm ready for a nice, dull week now, please.

  4. I can't believe it; I got all right the first time through! And I don't watch that much TV nor heard of some of those shows (The Tudors)

  5. I managed to get all of them. It was pretty fun. I'm more impressed that the classes worked in silence!

  6. You aren't going to tell me that Robin Hood isn't the second oldest setting after the Flintstones. Guess I haven't had my coffee yet, although it is nearly 6pm. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    1. Believe it or not, I didn't see Spartacus. I think I will give up,noting that I was originally a history major. Aaaargggh....Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    2. I didn't either, but I assumed like the movie it was about Roman slaves. "I am Spartacus" and all that. Meaning it was after the stone age but before the middle ages.

This is a silly quiz. I think the more you know about history, the harder it would be.

  9. Hi Liz - definitely not for me ... I did look, but as I needed to sign in - I stopped ... also I don't really watch tv or shows etc ... so I'd be hopeless! Have a happy weekend - Hilary

  10. Oh, darn, I overlooked Happy Days...and I was doing so well.
    Thanks for the fun.

  11. The middle part was trickiest on the quiz. I didn't know what order Happy Days and The Waltons go in. I guess "no news is good news" on your blog, but the downside is you didn't get any material!

  12. LOL nope! I made it to 40ish percent. Fun to see where things fell :)

  13. Awww. I screwed up Tudors and Robin Hood. I could have sworn Tudors would have been set prior. @_@

    1. Yeah, that's a tricky one. Since Robin Hood is mythology mostly, when, exactly would it have taken place?
