Not a quiz today, but something fun to do. I found this via Entertainment Weekly. You put in your birth date, and it tells you what the #1 movie was:
#1 Movie on Your Birthday
I was born on a Saturday, and the #1 movie was Shaft.
What was the #1 movie when you were born?
I got-"Hey There, It's Yogi Bear"!!:)
ReplyDeleteThis was cute! Mine was Raintree Country that I have never heard about and admission was 50 cents!

That name sounds vaguely familiar. I'll have to look it up.
DeleteHow fun! The #1 movie on my birth date: "Top Gun."
ReplyDeleteNow I know how old you are. But not exactly, as I do believe Top Gun was #1 for a couple weeks at least.
DeleteHow appropriate for me this close to my birthday :). Stand By Me was the top movie when I was born, which is totally appropriate considering how much of a Stephen King fan I am.
ReplyDeleteHans Christian Andersen. And I recognized one of the songs in the trailer from my childhood- "Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen". A fun quiz! Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteIs that a biopic? I've never heard of it.
DeleteYes it is but as biopic as it could be back then:) It stars Danny Kaye and it a wonderful tribute to Anderson's fairy tales.
DeleteWhat a fun post. I got Thoroughly Modern Millie. starring Julie Andrews and Mary Tyler Moore. I never even heard of it, but I'm going to see if I can find it and watch it one of these days... :)
ReplyDeleteI got an Elvis movie I never heard about, Kid Galaga. This is way too fun so it might end up on my blog for the 14 people who read it, don't read yours, and either never comment or comment once a year.
ReplyDeleteI was born on a Saturday, too, and the movie was Porky's. I've never heard of it. What a fun "quiz".
ReplyDeleteBe glad you've never heard of Porky's. Unless you're into that sort of thing. I know I stayed far, far away from that one.
