Yarn Stash
No, this is not my entire yarn stash. This is just the most accessible box...
We're almost done with the A to Z Challenge. Woo-hoo! Have you been participating? Glad to see April end? Or surprised how fast this month has gone?
Today's A to Z Challenge post brought to you by the letter...

HAHA...I knew as I wrote my post today that you would be doing one on yarn also! Great Y for today.
ReplyDeleteYou would be surprised how often I fail to hit the obvious topic for each letter. So, this is a change for me.
DeleteMy yarn stash has taken over our entire downstairs cupboard. It's sort of embarrassing and I really need to sort it out, but then I keep on needing to knit stuff so I need to get to it easily. And right now it may be a mess, but it's pretty easy to get to it all, so the mess stays.
ReplyDeleteAccessibility is more important than neatness.
DeleteI can't believe April is over! Nice picture!
ReplyDeleteMe neither.
DeleteYabba yabba doo, I kinda bailed for my 7th A to Z but i managed to fire off 15 rounds before my warp coils fizzled, lol
ReplyDeleteWell, glad you made it somewhat. This year has been weird, hasn't it?
DeleteMy mom used to have a yarn stash and a fabric stash for quilting, but both have dwindled down.
ReplyDeleteTell that story to any knitter, and they'll view it as a tragedy.
DeleteA popular topic, it seems! Just don't let any pets ingest the strands. It's not something I've endured, but I understand it can be deadly. Be well!
ReplyDeleteNo pets, so that's easy enough.
DeleteSuch pretty colors!! WTG to almost being done with A/Z! I enjoyed your postings this month. I am absolutely amazed at how fast the month went. Some days went incredibly slow, but all in all, the month flew by!
ReplyDeletebetty
This month absolutely zoomed by. I actually don't understand what happened!
ReplyDeleteHi Liz - lots of posts running by us this month - well done with your yarning around ... you do create some wonderful things ... cheers Hilary

The only yarn I have stashed is the collection of yarns about Amble Bay. A brilliant month, where did it go?
ReplyDeleteIt's farewell to Amble Bay!
My yarn is a little more literal, but your yarns were quite entertaining.
DeleteI'm glad it's done. I need to get back to fiction writing.
ReplyDeleteLove all the colors!
ReplyDeleteThanks. Me too.
DeleteLooks like my wife's stash, although hers is arguably more metallic in its color scheme (she likes Silver like I do).
ReplyDeleteOh, I have a few metallics too...
DeleteLooks like my colored pencils stash :) Yeah for finishing A-Z!!!

We all have our stashes of something...
DeleteI knew this was just a small part of your entire stash
ReplyDeleteYup. I didn't pull out the two under bed boxes.
DeleteGood on ya Liz. I have loved those letter knits.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteI was going to say, that's a small yarn stash. You know those things only grow, right?
ReplyDeleteLike I said, most accessible box. That is, the most recent purchases. There is quite a bit more.
DeleteYay craft supplies!
