I found a new quiz site. Quizly. It's way more user friendly than the one I had been using before. I picked the first quiz they had at random...
What's Your Age Based On Your Comfort Food Choices?
So, go ahead and try it. I'll wait...
I'm really not shocked at my result:
You got: Kid at Heart!
You still have a taste for the simple things in life, and that's not a bad thing! Your comfort foods reflect a youthful spirit and an unpretentious palate.
Yeah, that's the nice way of saying I eat like a kid. And, considering my meal choices sometimes, yeah, I agree.
Well, I got Senior Citizen - which sounds so frumpy! "You've seen it all, tasted it all". Ha ha, I think I answered too many "none of these" as they often didn't have my favorite in that category.
ReplyDeleteFunny that the Senior Citizen would have tasted it all. I was just telling my daughter how I ate frog legs in France when I was 13. I traveled and ate many more things when I was young than as an adult. And, yes, I found frog legs to taste like chicken.
DeleteYeah, the "none of these" might have done it.
DeleteI got Kid at Heart as well. I do have an "unpretentious palate." I don't think it's a reflection of a youthful spirit though. I can see it being for you, as you work with the youthful spirit group and that must rub off on you! My favorite item was the sandwich choice, that bacon and turkey looked good!
ReplyDeleteIt's not "youthful spirit". I'm just incredibly picky. And most things "adults" like, I hate. (Mustard, coffee, anything spicy...)
DeleteI as well go Kid at Heart. I wonder if all of us will end up with Kid at heart.
ReplyDeleteThat was fun, I got Young Adult.
ReplyDeleteYou're a young adult with a taste for adventure and new experiences. Your comfort foods reflect your willingness to try new things and your love of bold flavors.
Now I'm so hungry I want to dive into some trail mix. I got
ReplyDeleteMiddle Age - You've expanded your food tastes over the years and probably won't eat as much sugar as you used to. Your comfort foods reflect a love of quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes.
Since I'm in my 70's I'm guessing that means I'm somewhat young at heart.
"Don't eat as much sugar" is a good thing, I think.
DeleteI, too, got "kid at heart"! And I am! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not alone with that.

It's interesting differences everyone is getting.
