A Beginning and an Ending

As I mentioned last week, I still had some filming to do to complete the video tutorial for the ugly slippers. Not anymore. I managed to complete the filming. Probably.

With the slippers completed, I just had the opening to do:

And the closing:

And a few spots in between, mostly the gauge swatch and how to measure everything.

Now I need to go through what I filmed, choose the best versions, upload those so that my brother has access, and wait for him to have time to put it all together. (He has a full-time job. He'll get it done when he can.)

I also need to come up with a video title and create the video thumbnail. That will include getting decent photos of the slippers.

So, the actual video won't be done for a bit yet. But progress. I'm content with it.

    1. Ah yes, my voice. I wonder if it comes off sounding like too much.

    1. They do. Especially when I need to stop and knit a bunch before continuing on.

  4. Making videos is a lot of work. A work of love, I hope. I hope you keep your brother in knitted and crocheted items for his part in these videos.

    1. Oh no. He's declared he doesn't want me getting carpal tunnel over him. He doesn't really wear knitted stuff, anyway.

  5. You made pretty good progress. My youngest is trying to make videos of himself cooking and he is learning that it is not as easy as it looks.

I appreciate your comments.

I respond to comments* via email, unless your profile email is not enabled. Then, I'll reply in the comment thread. Eventually. Probably.

*Exception: I do not respond to "what if?" comments, but I do read them all. Those questions are open to your interpretation, and I don't wish to limit your imagination by what I thought the question was supposed to be.
