  1. I'm working on a pair of leg warmers for my coworker. I took it with me to visit the in-laws, but when I got there, I was reminded that my MIL smokes so I kept my yarn safely tucked away from the smell.

    1. That's too bad. I wash everything after I finish knitting. But that would depend on the yarn, too.

  2. I'm still working on finishing off the afghan for my son I've been working on since August of 2013. Too much blogging, not enough crocheting. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    Back at it this week?

  4. You've been making me want to learn how to crochet/knit, I dabbled in both forever ago but don't remember any of it. That jellyfish is always so cute.

    1. I wish I could take credit for that jellyfish design, but alas...

  5. You certainly are a crafty person! I haven't worked on art projects for a long time. I'm too busy practicing music!

    1. What about any projects? I know many of my readers don't knit/crochet or any such thing, so I left the question open to any projects that are your type of thing.

  6. I can't wait to hang up my blue jellyfish somewhere. Though I really do love that picture of him in repose. Perhaps I shall pose him on the daybed. :)

    Happy New Year!

  7. I still love those jellyfish. They're so cute!

  8. I love the jellyfish too! How big are they? Would they work to hook onto a backpack? My girls like to put things on their backpacks!!

    1. Nope, too big for backpacks. They're about 23 inches long (tall?). I suppose I could make some in a much thinner yarn to make it a lot smaller...

    2. Those would be so cute in a tiny size. But the big ones are still adorable!!

    3. I'll have to work on that. One of these days.

  12. I still love those cute jellyfish, too :) I just bought a bunch of colored pens, graph paper, and a new sewing pattern so I may be starting a variety of projects soon.

  15. Oh I finished lots of knitting projects. That’s cause I am always knitting. A couple of days ago I started the “Sockhead Cowl”, a free pattern found on Ravelry, using sock weight yarn.

  16. Love the blue jellyfish! I am in the process of re-teaching myself to crochet in the hopes of making something simple, like a throw blanket.

    1. A throw blanket simple? Yikes. Anything that takes more than a couple hours to make isn't simple in my eyes.

  17. Oh, what a cutie!! I crocheted dolls and their dresses for my little 'un when she was a kid. This brings back memories.
I started an afghan before Turkey Day, put it away because company was coming, and forgot about it. Time to remember where I stashed it. *pattingPockets*

  18. You have an excellent hobby Liz. I bet it's very relaxing.

    1. Define "relaxing". Because last night's rat's nest (i.e. colorwork) was rather growly making.
